Dermaplaning is a safe and simple exfoliating treatment to remove peach fuzz, hair and dead skin from your face. This can leave your skin feeling baby soft, smoother and brighter looking.

During this procedure we are removing most if not all your dead skin cells, so your skin care products will be able to penetrate your skin more effectively.

This procedure is safe for all skin types especially if your skin is dull or dry, have fine lines or sun damage. 

Dermaplaning is painless, relatively quick (usually 30 minutes) and results can be seen immediately. We recommend that you avoid using makeup for the rest of the day to allow your skin to breathe.

Dermaplaning can be combined with some of our peels to maximize the effects. Otherwise a moisturizing cream will be applied to help repair your skin and keep it hydrated.

This is a deeply exfoliating treatment which we recommend monthly. However, Plasma facials and IPL (Intense pulse light) treatments may be done two weeks after dermaplaning.

Any hair that is removed will grow back with the same texture and the same speed as prior to the treatment.  Be sure to use a good sunscreen (we carry the Skinceuticals skin care line) especially after dermaplaning is done.
